Ciuquer was born with the intention of its partner-founder to start a new path together with a team of professionals in different productive sectors, to offer a new model of services focused on the transformation and innovation of organizations, accompanying them in the management and resolution of their transformational challenges and proposing successful solutions in an increasingly complex environment.
After many years working in large companies, we believe it is time to contribute the knowledge we have acquired and, under an innovative concept, put it at the service of those individuals, teams, or companies that require it.
We understand the interest of work teams to maintain high quality standards, so we offer them a methodology, ambition and emotional management to develop all their attitudes at the service of the company and its customers.

I am Elena Popescu, founding partner and CEO of Ciuquer. My humble roots in a country without great opportunities led me to emigrate very young, in search of what I liked and what I wanted to prepare myself for. It was then that while working and training, I specialized in three masters: Business Administration, Coaching and management of work teams and in Management of special employment centres.
My passion for teamwork has led me to found my own company, with the aim of developing all the knowledge I have gained for the benefit of those who need it. More than 15 years of experience in large companies and excellent colleagues and bosses have given me the opportunity to develop and specialize in what I really like.
Surrounded by talent, we generate, as a team, a company that is necessary for your business, without forgetting what we all have an obligation to do: to help all those who need it to integrate into society, providing them with help and employment in the sectors for which they are prepared.
I have a clear and present premise: "We have the duty to give back to society a large part of what it has given us".
